Gary Champi graduated from Stanford University with a B.S. in Cognitive Science and a minor in Dance. He is the Administrative Assistant at the Merce Cunningham Trust and has participated in numerous Cunningham repertory workshops and special projects. In addition to performing with H.T. Chen & Dancers, Gary also dances with Dusan Tynek Dance Theatre. Gary recently appeared as a guest artist with Robert Moses’ Kin and has previously worked with Katharine Hawthorne, Daniel Roberts, Ronnie Reddick, and Natalia Duong.
H.T. Chen is a leading Asian-American artist who has worked as a choreographer, performer, and arts advocate since the 1970s.
