Kim Prosa is a professional dancer, teaching artist and choreographer appearing in both stage and film productions. She has taught ballet, pointe and contemporary dance at several schools, studios and universities throughout New York and Oregon in addition to serving as a guest teaching artist and artist in residence restaging works, and creating choreography throughout NYC, Buffalo, Cincinnati, Birmingham, southern Oregon and Ghana, West Africa. Ms. Prosa received her B.F.A in dance from the SUNY Purchase Conservatory of Dance, holds an M.S. in human services with a specialization in non-profit management and is currently pursuing her M.S. in global affairs with a concentration in Peace-building at NYU. She is Artistic Director of the New York based emerging modern dance company Humanistics Dance Company.
Received foundational training at Alabama Ballet School and Orlando Ballet Summer Intensive, then a BFA from SUNY Purchase.

Pawel and her dancers and composer/musicians are longtime collaborators, combine improvisation in both movement and music and improvised talk in many of the dances
