Ayaka Kamei

Ayaka Kamei received her B.F.A from SUNY Purchase. She has danced principal roles in ballet such as Swan Lake, The Nutcracker and Coppélia. She has danced works by George Balanchine, Aszure Barton, Dario Dinuzzi, Matthew Neenan, Taryn Kaschock Russell and Bettijane Sills, among many others. She is a dancer at the Metropolitan Opera and excited to share her love for dance at Chen Dance Center!
