Cultural Visitors: Hip-Hop

Chen Dance Center welcomes international Hip-Hop dancers from the U.S. Department of State’s Cultural Visitors Program. The program, which is managed by the DeVos Institute of Arts Management at the Kennedy Center, offers professional development opportunities to emerging international artists. The 8 artists hail from Bolivia, Burma, Ecuador, Germany, India, Pakistan, Uganda and Zimbabwe. They will hold open rehearsals at CDC as well as attend a H.T. Chen & Dancers’ performance and workshop on Oct 7th.
